Current Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients and ensuring the highest quality images are obtained while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MRI procedures on patients in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Review patient medical history and ensure that all necessary information is available prior to the procedure.

  • Ensure that patients are positioned correctly for the procedure and that they are comfortable throughout.

  • Administer contrast material when necessary and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.

  • Monitor and maintain equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly.

  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the procedure to minimize risk to patients and staff.

  • Process and review images to ensure that they are of the highest quality and meet the needs of the interpreting physician.

  • Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Educate patients about the procedure and answer any questions they may have.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

  • Current state license as an MRI Technologist.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Records Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clerical tasks from the Medical Records Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Records Clerk will complete clerical requests and fulfill medical record requests within timelines as directed by the Administrator of Medical Records.

  • Will scan documents into Electronic Health Record (EHR) as assigned 

  • Must understand the basic laws and regulations related to confidentiality and record maintenance and retention and is expected to consult with the Administrator of Medical records on any new or unusual types of requests.

  • Will have communication with stakeholders and attorneys from time to time while processing records requests and must have good communication skills and positive customer service.

  • This position may be asked to create invoices related to Medical Records.

  • This position may be required to pick up, open, sort, and distribute mail related to medical records and may assist the Administrator of Medical Records to ensure proper performance of office equipment and maintain needed supplies and inventory for medical records tasks.

  • Must be organized with respect to filing and scanning , understand all filing systems and ensure that records are stored securely and able to be recalled quickly. Must be cross trained with other records staff, flexible, and a team player willing to assist with records related tasks in the department as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Organized, self-sufficient, analytical, and detail oriented

  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Personal Injury Experience

  • Knowledge of HIPPA, ICD-10 codes, and CPT codes is required

  • Receives, investigates, and responds to inquiries from Law offices and supervisors

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced organization skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coder/Biller to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assigning codes to medical procedures and diagnoses, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and medical billing processes. It’s important to note that this position does not involve direct dealings with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Coding and Billing

  • Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes to medical procedures and diagnoses.

  • Ensure that all codes comply with coding guidelines and regulations.

Medical Documentation

  • Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant information for coding.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify information and ensure accurate coding.

  • Billing Process:

  • Generate and submit medical bills to patients or relevant parties.

  • Verify and enter charges into the billing system.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding standards.

  • Identify and rectify any coding errors or discrepancies.

  • Communication:

  • Work closely with healthcare providers to address coding-related queries.

  • Provide training or support to staff members on coding-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Medical Coder/Biller.

  • Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.

  • Familiarity with medical billing processes.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in coding assignments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
